Senior Product Manager AI

About the opportunity A confidential client in Saudi Arabia’s real estate technology sector is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact product areas at the intersection of digital marketplaces and applied AI. The company is advancing its digital real estate platform with AI-enabled search, recommendations, valuation, financing, and transaction experiences. The role will turn product strategy into shipped features and measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion, and marketplace liquidity. Role scope You will own one or more core product areas, working closely with engineering, AI, data science, design, commercial, legal, and compliance teams. You will shape user-focused products, guide delivery from discovery through launch and iteration, and make sound decisions about where AI can create value and where a simpler approach is more effective. Key responsibilities Own the product lifecycle for areas such as search and discovery, matching, valuation, auctions, or financing journeys, from opportunity framing through delivery, launch, and iteration. Define and prioritise roadmaps using user research, marketplace data, and commercial goals; explain trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders. Partner with AI engineering and data science on recommendations, matching, conversational and agentic experiences, automated valuation, and personalisation. Write clear requirements for AI features, including expected model behaviour, evaluation criteria, guardrails, fallback behaviour, and human review or escalation paths. Set and monitor success metrics; run A/B tests, holdout tests, and other structured experiments, using results to guide product decisions. Work with engineering leadership on build-versus-buy decisions for AI tools and vendors, considering cost, performance, data residency, and vendor risk. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to support compliance with Saudi data protection, data residency, and real estate marketplace requirements. Champion high-quality Arabic-first and bilingual Arabic-English experiences across the product. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive and group stakeholders, and contribute to board-level product updates when needed. Mentor product and analyst colleagues and help strengthen product practices across the organisation. Required qualifications and experience At least 6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior product management role owning significant product areas. Demonstrated experience launching AI- or machine-learning-powered features in production, such as recommendations, search relevance, LLM-based assistants or agents, or predictive models, with measurable results. Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation, and the practical limitations and failure modes of AI systems. Experience in a marketplace, PropTech, fintech, or classifieds environment, with a sound understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics, including liquidity, supply and demand, trust, and safety. Strong analytical skills, including product analytics, funnel and cohort analysis, and experimentation; comfortable working with SQL and data teams. Excellent written and verbal English communication, including the ability to explain complex topics to executive audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Preferred qualifications Arabic proficiency and familiarity with the Saudi or GCC real estate market. Experience with customer engagement platforms, customer data platforms, and experimentation tools. Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements, including PDPL, REGA marketplace rules, and data residency considerations for cloud and AI services. Experience with auctions, bidding, or other real-time transactional products. Exposure to agentic AI product patterns, including multi-step autonomous workflows and tool-using agents.
