For the Good of Tomorrow Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Manager - AI Product Management. The role holder is responsible for the business AI product portfolio, ensuring that AI agents delivered to corporate functions, business units and asset operations produce measurable, sustained business value. The role holder is accountable for prioritization, delivery quality and value realization across the products within remit, working alongside other Product Managers within the portfolio strategy and technology priorities set by the Director - AI Product Lead. The role holder drives the shift from point automation to end-to-end workflow ownership, working with business stakeholders to redesign how work is done rather than layering AI onto existing processes. This requires strong product judgement, commercial literacy and the ability to evidence business value with business owners and Finance. As business AI products change how functions and operations work, the role holder is responsible for ensuring operating model, role and process implications are addressed as part of delivery, and that adoption is sustained beyond go-live. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Strategy and Roadmap • Define and own the roadmap for business AI products within remit, ensuring alignment with business objectives, Group technology priorities and the direction of the AI product portfolio. • Prioritise across competing product investments based on value, feasibility, risk and strategic fit. • Identify opportunities to extend AI capabilities from task-level automation to end-to-end workflow ownership. • Take decisions within delegated authority on product scope, prioritization and sequencing, escalating matters affecting portfolio direction, cross-portfolio dependencies or investment envelopes. Product Lifecycle Management • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products within remit, from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. • Ensure structured product discovery and experimentation is applied consistently before build commitments are made. • Ensure delivery against defined objectives, timelines and expected value outcomes. • Maintain disciplined backlog management, prioritization and decision-making records. Workflow Transformation and Adoption • Partner with business owners to redesign workflows around AI agents rather than retrofitting AI to existing process. • Work with Change Management to drive adoption, capability uplift and sustained behavior change in the business. • Ensure operating model, role and process implications are addressed as part of product delivery. • Monitor adoption after go-live and intervene where usage, capability or process change is not sustained. Performance Management and Value Realisation • Define, track and manage product KPIs covering adoption, usage, business outcomes and efficiency gains. • Validate claimed benefits with business owners and Finance, ensuring value is evidenced rather than asserted. • Identify risks, dependencies and performance gaps, implementing mitigation and improvement actions. • Build and challenge business cases, benefit models and value tracking for products within remit. Product Governance and Responsible AI • Ensure all AI use cases within remit are registered and governed through the agreed portfolio management process. • Ensure products comply with Group AI, data protection and information security requirements. • Work with IT GRC and Data Protection and AI Legal to ensure product controls remain current as regulatory requirements evolve. • Provide the evidence and documentation required by governance, risk and assurance functions. Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Delivery • Act as the senior product interface for business unit and corporate function stakeholders. • Collaborate with engineering, data, platform, cybersecurity and change management stakeholders to enable effective execution. • Ensure alignment between technical feasibility, business objectives and delivery timelines across squads. • Manage expectations, communicate trade-offs and secure alignment on scope and sequencing, escalating and resolving cross-team dependencies and resourcing conflicts. • Support development of business cases and investment proposals for AI-enabled initiatives. People Management • No permanent direct reports. The role holder sets product direction and drives accountability across business-embedded teams, contract resources and vendor delivery teams supporting products within remit. • Define objectives, standards and quality expectations for contract and partner resources, and manage their performance against agreed deliverables. • Build product management capability across discovery, delivery, measurement and stakeholder management within the extended product community. • Foster an ownership-driven, outcome-focused culture, working through influence rather than line authority. Who we are looking for: • 6 – 8 years of experience in digital or AI product management within large or complex organizations. • Demonstrated experience delivering AI, automation or data-driven products that changed how business processes operate. • Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders to define and evidence business value. • Experience in a product-led organization or a project-to-product transition is advantageous. Education / Professional Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as information technology, business, finance, engineering or mathematics. • Product management or agile delivery certification is advantageous. Technical Competencies: • Strong hands-on experience in product management across discovery, delivery and lifecycle, with familiarity with modern product literature. • Solid grasp of product discovery and experimentation, with the ability to apply insights. • Experience working with data to inform decisions and measure product performance. • Familiarity with AI-enabled products, agentic capabilities and progressive workflow automation. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-led flows and solutions. • Ability to build and challenge business cases, benefit models and value trackin
