Role Description The Tax Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, and maintaining compliance with local and international tax regulations relevant to the real estate sector. Day-to-day activities include analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and supporting audits or tax inspections. The Tax Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide clear tax guidance, manage tax documentation, and contribute to improving financial processes and controls. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong skills in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation. • Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Tax and relevant regulations, VAT, corporate tax and e-invoicing • Candidates should possess the ability to work with Financial Statements and interpret financial data. • Candidates should possess core Accounting skills, including general ledger and reconciliations. • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage. • Experience in tax accounting within the real estate or property management sector is preferred. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dubai.
