Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional dining service. • Present menus and accurately take food and beverage orders. • Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. • Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and hotel services. • Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of dining areas. • Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism. • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
