Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait, focused on driving business growth through new client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue development. The role involves proactively identifying and approaching potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, developing business relationships, presenting agency services, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding Endorse’s client portfolio, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Working closely with the operations and campaign management teams, the Senior Sales Executive will ensure a smooth transition from closing deals to campaign execution while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat business and long-term retainers. Qualifications * Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to generate leads, identify prospects, convert opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. * Lead Generation: Experience in prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and developing new business opportunities. * Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently generate revenue. * Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in building relationships with decision-makers, retaining clients, and developing long-term partnerships. * Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Ability to pitch services, prepare compelling proposals, handle objections, and negotiate profitable agreements. * Market Research: Ability to identify potential clients, understand market opportunities, and monitor competitors to support business development. * Account Growth: Ability to identify upselling, cross-selling, and retainer opportunities within existing client accounts. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to clients and engaging with senior decision-makers. * Industry Experience: Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, media, or creative agencies is highly advantageous. * Organization & Ownership: Ability to manage multiple prospects, maintain accurate sales records, follow up consistently, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
