Organization- Alila Jabal Akhdar Summary Description - External Alila Jabal Akhdar is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, creating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes. • Deliver a friendly, engaging, and personalized service experience to all guests. • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage menus, cocktail preparation, wine, spirits, and current beverage trends. • Make recommendations to guests and confidently upsell food and beverage offerings. • Ensure all beverages are presented and served according to established service standards. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and surrounding areas at all times. • Carry out opening, closing, and side duties, including stock replenishment, ice preparation, cleaning, and equipment maintenance. • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or operational requirements to management. • Handle guest enquiries, preferences, and complaints professionally and ensure prompt follow-up when required. • Record guest preferences and contribute to creating personalized guest experiences. • Serve alcohol responsibly and comply with all legal and hotel requirements. • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times. • Support colleagues and work collaboratively with restaurant, kitchen, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. • Participate in training programs, departmental briefings, and continuous learning initiatives.
