Human Resources Executive

The Executive - Human Resources will provide operational and administrative support to the HR function. The role will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, employee engagement, HR documentation and day-to-day HR activities while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable local requirements. 1. HR Operations & Employee Support · Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to routine employee queries. · Maintain accurate employee personnel files, records and HR databases. · Coordinate attendance, leave and employee records with relevant departments. · Prepare HR letters, certificates, confirmations and other employee documentation. · Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. 2. Recruitment & Onboarding · Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups. · Coordinate joining formalities, documentation and induction for new employees. · Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates. · Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and hiring progress. 3. Payroll, Compliance & MIS · Support payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll-related data. · Assist in maintaining HR compliance records and documentation. · Support audits and ensure HR files are maintained as required. · Prepare regular HR reports, trackers and MIS for management review. 4. Employee Engagement & Performance Support · Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communication. · Assist with performance management and appraisal-related activities. · Coordinate employee concerns and escalate matters to the HR Manager when required. · Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
