My dear friend Fasoul, We are seeking a skilled occupational therapist to work at Birds of Paradise Center. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in the field. 1. The contract is for two years, renewable. 2. The salary is 500 riyals. 3. Furnished shared accommodation will be provided, with water and electricity bills covered, or a housing allowance of 50 riyals will be provided. 4. Working hours are divided into two shifts: morning shift from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and evening shift from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 5. The first party will cover the cost of the second party's airfare from their home country to the Sultanate of Oman. The first party will also cover the cost of the second party's return airfare from the Sultanate of Oman to their home country upon completion of the two-year contract period. 6- Annual leave is two months for each year of service, in July and August, with half salary paid for each month. The start date of the leave is determined based on the needs and working conditions of the first party, and after the second party has completed one year of service. The second point is explained below. ************** If the specialist demonstrates exceptional effort and creativity in their work, parents of children enrolled at the center will undoubtedly request additional services for their children, and the center will fulfill these requests during official evening hours (4-8 PM).
