About the role

Requirements

• - Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• - Valid license or certification in Occupational Therapy.
• - Expertise in assessing and treating a variety of occupational challenges and disorders.
• - Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• - Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to junior therapists.
• - Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• - Language English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• - Conduct comprehensive evaluations of individuals' occupational skills and abilities.
• - Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• - Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address clients' needs and facilitate skill development.
• - Monitor and regularly reassess clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care.
• - Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior occupational therapists and support staff.
• - Stay updated with current research and advancements in the field of occupational therapy.
• - Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• - Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.
