The organization values professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to operational procedures. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Double Chain Loader Driver. The driver is responsible for safely operating double chain loader vehicles to collect, load, transport, and unload waste containers from commercial and construction sites. Daily tasks include performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, following designated routes and schedules, and ensuring secure loading and unloading of bins. The role requires accurate completion of trip logs and basic documentation, coordination with dispatch and site personnel, and adherence to company policies, traffic rules, and safety regulations. The driver is also expected to maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, report any mechanical issues promptly, and support colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery. Qualifications • Proven experience operating heavy vehicles or specialized waste collection trucks, preferably double chain loaders. • Valid UAE driving license for heavy vehicles and a clean driving record. • Knowledge of safe loading, securing, and unloading procedures for waste containers and related equipment. • Familiarity with Dubai road networks, traffic regulations, and basic vehicle inspection routines. • Ability to follow schedules and instructions, complete basic logs and paperwork, and communicate clearly with dispatch and site teams. • Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, and manual handling when required. • Commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality, with a strong focus on client service and teamwork. • Previous experience in waste management, construction logistics, or commercial transport in the UAE is an advantage.
