Driver - Heavy Vehicle

The Driver – Heavy Vehicle is responsible for operating large commercial vehicles such as trucks or trailers to transport goods between company facilities, customer locations, or distribution centers. The role demands adherence to traffic and safety regulations, secure handling of cargo, and consistent delivery performance. Responsibilities: • Safely operate heavy vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.) for assigned delivery routes • Ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods, following established schedules • Inspect vehicle before and after trips; report maintenance or mechanical issues • Secure cargo appropriately to prevent damage or loss • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs • Adhere to all road and traffic safety regulations • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle • Comply with company procedures for loading, routing, and reporting • Assist loading/unloading activities if required • Respond calmly and appropriately to unexpected road situations or delays Job Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience driving heavy vehicles in the UAE Category 4 license Show more Show less
