Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The role involves advising clients on property purchases, sales, explaining key features, pricing, and market trends. The consultant will respond to client inquiries, maintain regular communication, prepare proposals, and support negotiations to ensure successful transactions. Daily tasks include updating property listings, gathering market data, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The role also requires building a strong client network, following up on leads, and representing the company professionally in all client interactions.
