We are strengthening our global sales team with a Trade Show Specialist Sales Manager — and we are hiring from inside the industry only. Non-industry applicants: this one is not for you. We're looking for someone who has lived the trade show business — the floor plans, the exhibitor churn, the last-minute closes, the organizer pressure. The role You will join the senior layer of our global sales operation, selling booth space and driving revenue across a rotating portfolio of international trade shows listed on expodiscover.com — working directly with the Head of Sales and alongside our Booth Sales Partners and Growth Partners across India, APAC, and beyond. What you'll do • Sell booth space and show packages across the platform's listed international trade shows — at senior level, with named accounts and real targets • Lead by example on the floor — run your own portfolio while raising the game of the sales partners around you • Work the organizer side — deepen relationships with show organizers as their extended sales arm • Put your network to work — your existing exhibitor and organizer contacts are a genuine asset here, and we expect you to use them • Shape the playbook — feed the team what actually closes in this industry, from objection handling to rebooking timing Who you are • Trade show / exhibition industry experience is mandatory — sales, exhibitor management, or organizer-side roles; non-industry applicants shall not apply • A proven, verifiable sales record in the industry — shows you've sold, exhibitors you've signed, editions you've filled • A real network of organizer and exhibitor contacts you can activate from week one • Fluent English — non-negotiable; additional languages are a serious advantage in a global remit • Remote-native and self-managed — you run your portfolio and your calendar across time zones without supervision What we offer Salary: negotiable — set against your experience and your indust ry record • Commission: based on experience and performance — structured to reward what you actually close, reviewed as you prove out • A global remit across a rotating portfolio of international trade shows • A platform that sells with you — live inventory, verified exhibitors, inbound demand • Direct line to the founder and a team that moves in days, not quarters How to apply — show us your record Send your CV plus a short note to [email protected] answering two questions: "Which shows have you sold or worked — and which exhibitors did you sign?"
