Key Account Manager – Transport, Logistics & Express (B2B)

Reporting To: Commercial Manager Location: Saudi Arabia (Dammam / Jeddah) Company: Al Saif Group About the Role: Al Saif is expanding its transport and integrated logistics network across the Kingdom. We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our key corporate B2B relationships across freight transport, express distribution, contract logistics, and container terminal services. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with our commercial team—collaborating with Business Development Executives to onboard newly won logos and taking full ownership of enterprise client retention, service SLA governance, and wallet-share expansion. What You Will Do: • Grow Enterprise Accounts: Protect, renew, and expand long-term B2B relationships across industrial, retail, FMCG, and e-commerce accounts. • Cross-Sell Capabilities: Bundle line-haul transport, B2B express delivery, 3PL warehousing, and terminal depot operations (Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail) into integrated corporate contracts. • Lead Client Governance: Run QBRs and performance reviews tracking on-time delivery, fleet availability, transit times, and shipment visibility. • Secure Financial Health: Oversee margin performance, credit compliance, and billing dispute resolution to minimize DSO. What We Are Looking For: • 5+ years of B2B account management experience in KSA within logistics, transport fleets, freight forwarding, or commercial express delivery. • Demonstrated track record in growing client spend and defending contract margins. • Strong familiarity with Saudi freight corridors, port gateways, and distribution hubs. • Exceptional customer-facing communication and conflict-resolution abilities. • Bilingual Arabic/English capabilities preferred.
