Board Election & Shareholder Communications Advisor

Khibraty is seeking an experienced consultant to support individual board members seeking reelection in a Saudi closed joint-stock company. The consultant will support individual board members seeking reelection by developing positioning, messages, and communication materials, and by coaching candidates on effective delivery. Scope of work: • Review company strategy and financial performance • Develop distinct positioning, key messages, and an electoral program for each candidate • Prepare shareholder presentations, speeches, and concise communication materials • Develop evidence-based responses to difficult questions on performance, accountability, and conflicts of interest • Coach candidates on presentation delivery and Q&A Relevant experience: • Strategic, financial, and shareholder communications • Investor relations and corporate governance • Executive messaging, speechwriting, and presentation coaching • Professional Arabic writing and experience with Saudi companies • Direct experience supporting corporate board candidates is preferred Engagement: Shortterm consultancy, with deliverables required within 5 days.
