HR Officer – Food & Beverage

Role Description The HR Officer – Food & Beverage at WOW MILKY is a full-time, on-site role based in Qurain. The HR Officer will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and leave management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role will support recruitment activities, prepare and update job descriptions, assist with onboarding and orientation, and coordinate training for food and beverage staff. The HR Officer will manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and collaborate with management to promote a positive and inclusive work culture. Additional responsibilities include supporting performance review processes, helping develop HR policies tailored to food and beverage operations, and providing HR reports and insights to leadership. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day-to-day HR operations. • Candidates should possess skills in developing and implementing HR Policies and maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations. • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, communication, and supporting a positive work environment. • Candidates should possess Job Description Development skills, including structuring roles, responsibilities, and requirements for food and beverage positions. • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred. • Experience in the food and beverage sector or hospitality industry is an advantage. • Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills, with attention to detail. • Ability to work on-site in Qurain, collaborate with diverse teams, and handle confidential information with integrity.
