Sales Coordinator

We’re Hiring | Sales Coordinator Apex Industrial Services (AIS) is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare quotations, proposals, and process customer orders. • Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and finance teams. • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders and deliveries. • Maintain accurate sales records and update ERP/CRM systems. • Prepare sales reports and support process improvements. Requirements: • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration. • Experience in B2B sales, PPE, or industrial supplies is an advantage. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. • Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
