MEP Draftsman – Fit-Out | Immediate Joining ONLY DO NOT APPLY - IF YOU CAN NOT JOIN WITHIN 5 DAYS DO NOT APPLY - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 5 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN MEP DRAWINGS DRAFTING. Job Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings for high-end interior fit-out projects. • Prepare coordinated drawings for HVAC, Electrical, Conduiting, Cable trays, Electrical Power, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems. • Develop MEP drawings based on IFC drawings, specifications, BOQ and approved design drawings. • In coordination with our Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer - Prepare fully coordinated MEP drawings with architectural, reflected ceiling plans, joinery and structural drawings. • Identify and resolve MEP clashes before drawings are issued for site execution. • Prepare ceiling coordination drawings covering lighting, diffusers, sprinklers, detectors, speakers and other ceiling services. • Prepare builders' work drawings, sleeves, openings, equipment layouts and service routing drawings. • Prepare MEP sections, elevations and detailed installation drawings as required. • Incorporate consultant/client comments and revise drawings until final approval. • Coordinate closely with MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, Project Managers and other disciplines. • Update drawings according to actual site conditions and approved changes. • Prepare accurate MEP as-built drawings for project handover. • Maintain proper drawing numbering, revision control and submission records. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; Revit/BIM capability is an advantage. • Must have previous experience specifically in interior fit-out projects. • Must understand high-end fit-out MEP coordination, particularly above-ceiling coordination. • Minimum 5 years relevant MEP drafting experience preferred. • 5 Years Saudi Arabia/GCC fit-out experience preferred. • Must be currently available for IMMEDIATE JOINING within 5 days Show more Show less
