Delivery & Material Officer

This role is focused on material delivery tracking, documentation, and follow-up, rather than logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain delivery-related documents and records • Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules • Track materials against POs/LPOs • Monitor delivered, pending, short, and missing items • Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, warehouse, and project teams • Maintain updated delivery tracking reports • Follow up until all outstanding materials are delivered • Verify delivered quantities against orders and delivery documents Requirements: • Experience in material coordination, delivery follow-up, procurement support, or document control • Good Excel and reporting skills • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities • Detail-oriented and organized • Trading experience is preferred Show more Show less
