Logistics & Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities: • Coordinate freight, customs clearance, transportation and delivery. • Manage local and GCC logistics and cross-border shipments. • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and transporters. • Review cargo dimensions, weight, packaging & special handling requirements with Procurement. • Track shipments, delivery schedules and logistics costs. • Manage warehouse receiving, storage, inventory and stock movement. • Coordinate equipment/material delivery to project sites and internal teams. • Check deliveries against documents and report shortages or damages. • Maintain logistics, warehouse and delivery records. • Identify and resolve shipment, delivery and logistics issues. Qualifications: • 2–5 years of logistics, warehouse or supply chain experience. • International and local logistics experience; GCC/cross-border experience is an advantage. • Experience handling equipment, project cargo or industrial materials is preferred. • Good knowledge of freight, customs and transportation coordination. • Strong communication, documentation and follow-up skills. • Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is an advantage. • Practical, organized and problem-solving mindset.
