Senior Manager – Asset Management

We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Asset Management Cenomi Centers is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Asset Management to play a key role in driving the performance, profitability and long-term value of our retail portfolio. This is an opportunity to influence the strategy of major retail assets across owned and third-party properties while working closely with senior leadership, leasing, development, investment and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: • Own P&L performance and drive financial results across assigned assets • Identify opportunities to improve asset value, profitability and tenant mix • Lead asset performance reviews and translate insights into action • Shape retail asset strategy through market analysis and investment opportunities • Support development and transformation projects from business case to delivery • Evaluate acquisitions and support post-acquisition integration • Provide strategic recommendations on underperforming assets and potential disposals • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and major regional retailers Job Requirements: • 8+ years of relevant Asset Management experience with 3+ years in a managerial role • Experience managing large-scale retail assets with annual revenue • Strong retail experience across malls and lifestyle destinations • Proven experience in asset transformation and development projects • Strong knowledge of the GCC real estate market • Experience in property management and/or leasing • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills • Experience with asset valuation and RICS Fair Value • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills • Established relationships with major regional retailers • MRICS or Assoc RICS is a plus If you have the experience to drive the performance and growth of leading retail assets, we’d love to hear from you.
