Our client, an established organisation in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Director of Asset Management to oversee its hospitality assets and support long-term business performance. This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on asset optimisation, commercial performance, and strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee hospitality asset performance and ensure alignment with business objectives • Manage relationships with hotel operators and key stakeholders • Review and negotiate annual operating budgets, financial performance, and cost structures • Drive revenue optimisation, operational efficiency, and profitability • Monitor key performance indicators, including occupancy, revenue, and operating costs • Support strategic initiatives and oversee wider asset management activities Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or asset management • Strong commercial understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial performance • Experience working with hotel operators or representing asset owners • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimise costs, and drive asset performance • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience within the Saudi hospitality market is strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field If you are ready to take on a strategic asset management leadership role with an established organisation, we would love to hear from you!
