Document & Procurement Controller

The role We need someone organised and precise to manage our project documentation and support procurement across our developments. You'll be the person who knows where every drawing, contract and quotation sits and what stage it's at. Document control • Maintain the central filing system for drawings, contracts, permits, approvals and correspondence • Log, version-control and distribute documents to consultants, contractors and internal teams • Keep transmittal registers and document trackers accurate and audit-ready • Track submissions to authorities and consultants, and follow up on approvals and deadlines Procurement • Request, compare and summarise supplier and contractor quotations • Raise purchase requests and purchase orders and follow them through approval • Maintain the vendor database, including supplier documents and trade licence expiry dates • Track deliveries, invoices and payment status alongside Finance What we're looking for • 2–4 years' experience in document control and/or procurement, ideally in real estate, construction or development • Very strong attention to detail and follow-through • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Aconex or a similar document management system is an advantage • Clear written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field • Based in the UAE and available to join at short notice Show more Show less
