Business Analyst - Senior Lead deep process redesign and ensure business transformation outcomes • Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering, redesigning cross-channel workflows to optimise operations for the new platform (iLoyal) and eliminate legacy inefficiencies. • Define the future-state operating model, ensuring consistency across Loyalty, Airport, Contact Centre and other customer touchpoints. • Assess business impact and transformation complexity, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for large-scale organisational change. • Drive standardisation and simplification of processes, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities of the 3rd-party solution rather than replicating legacy CRIS behaviours. • Provide thought leadership and governance on business analysis standards, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives and consistent delivery across Business Analysis resources. • Bachelors degree in an IT related discipline • Business Analysis Certification from a recognised industry body e.g. IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Show more Show less
