Business Analyst Translate business change impacts into actionable requirements and support adoption • Capture and document business change requirements across impacted channels (Loyalty, Airport Check-in, Contact Centre), ensuring alignment with the target operating model. • Analyse current vs. future state processes, identifying operational gaps arising from the transition from CRIS (our legacy loyalty platform) to the target third-party platform. • Support stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring business teams understand system and process changes relevant to their roles. • Capture detailed user journeys ensuring seamless integration between business operations and the new platform. • Support testing and readiness activities (User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing) by validating that business workflows and operational scenarios are correctly implemented. • Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA. • Bachelors degree in an IT related discipline • Business Analysis Certification from a recognised industry body e.g. IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Show more Show less
