Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, technical leads, project managers, and IT teams to ensure requirements are feasible, traceable, and aligned with project objectives. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for IT projects. • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSD). • Create clear and professional requirement documentation using MS PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and other relevant tools. • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Agile sprints. • Collaborate with UI/UX Architects, Technical Leads, Project Managers, and Business Teams to establish end-to-end requirements traceability. • Conduct feasibility analysis with Business and IT teams to ensure requirements can be effectively implemented. • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. • Prepare use cases, workflows, process diagrams, and functional scenarios. • Develop and document UAT test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. • Support UAT execution, defect clarification, requirement validation, and business sign-off. • Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure bi-directional traceability across requirements, development, and testing. • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, walkthroughs, and clarification sessions. • Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts associated with proposed solutions. • Ensure requirements and deliverables comply with project standards and aviation/airport IT processes.
