شركة المنطقة الذهبية للتطوير العقاري (GoldenArea Development) – مطوّر عقاري في جدة لمشاريع سكنية ومكتبية على الخارطة. المهام: • بيع الوحدات السكنية والمكتبية (على الخارطة والجاهزة) للأفراد والمستثمرين والشركات • متابعة العملاء المحتملين من الحملات التسويقية حتى إغلاق الصفقة وتوقيع العقد • عرض المشاريع في مركز المبيعات وفي موقع المشروع • تحقيق المستهدف البيعي الشهري وتحديث بيانات العملاء في نظام CRM المتطلبات (إلزامية): • خبرة فعلية في المبيعات العقارية لا تقل عن سنتين، ويُفضّل لدى مطوّر عقاري • خبرة في البيع على الخارطة • الإقامة في جدة (العمل حضوري) • مهارات قوية في التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات عند التقديم نرجو ذكر: عدد الوحدات التي بعتها خلال آخر 12 شهراً، ومع أي مطوّر، والراتب المتوقع. — Real Estate Sales Consultant (Off-Plan) – Jeddah, on-site. • Sell residential and office units (off-plan and ready) to individuals, investors, and companies • follow up with potential clients from marketing campaigns to deal closure and contract signing • present projects at the sales center and at project site • achieve monthly sales targets and update client data in CRM system
