Sales Manager- Arabs and Europeans

Key Responsibilities New Business Development • Identify, prospect, and win new client accounts across non-tech sectors in the UAE contract staffing market, entirely through outbound effort. • Cold call, network, and generate referrals to open doors with decision-makers who are not already talking to TASC. • Lead pricing and contract negotiations from first conversation through to signed agreement. • Build and manage a personal pipeline from cold outreach through to signed contract, owning the full sales cycle. • Carry and consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly new-logo revenue quotas. Client Relationship Management • Act as the primary point of contact for newly won accounts through onboarding and early delivery. • Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure client commitments made in the sales process are met and fill rates stay on track. Market and Pipeline Management • Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline records and forecasts in CRM for leadership review. • Track competitor activity, rate benchmarks, and market movement in the UAE staffing sector to inform positioning and pricing. What We're Looking For Beyond qualifications, we are looking for a specific kind of person: • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in contract staffing, with a strong focus on non-tech sales. • A proven hunter: someone who has built a book of business from scratch through cold outreach, not just managed inherited accounts or inbound leads. • Fluent in Arabic and/or English, with strong client-facing communication skills. • Comfortable owning a number, forecasting accurately, and being measured on outcomes rather than activity. • If direct contract staffing experience is not present, a strong track record in non-tech services sales will be considered.
