Job Description • Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to  Coordinate daily with other senior officers to optimize on stock management and on goods daily shipments.  Monitor Daily output report from plant and FG Inventory to ensure availability of goods for shipment.  Receive, review and approve all credit notes, and specify reasons for returns.  Follow up on matters resulting from the biweekly CSD meeting.  Foster the learning and development of team members thru specific career development plan, trainings; evaluate their performance thru motivational and challenging incentive schemes. • Job Dynamics & Interfaces 3.1 Internal LOADING TEAM LEADER Production Manager, Material Manager, Logistics Management, Accounting/Finance, Warehouse Team Leader, Personnel Officers, Sales Team, Product Specialist, Accounting Department 3.2 External: NAPCO affiliates • Required Job Qualifications & Competencies 4.1 Education & Experience  BS Degree.  Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar and related field Show more Show less
