TRAINING SENIOR OFFICER

Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION ( For Saudi National Only - Tamheer Program ) • Build and maintain relationships with universities and higher-education institutions in the Eastern Region to support NLI’s outreach activities. • Represent NLI at government-sponsored programs and regional workforce-development initiatives (e.g., HRDF, Tamheer-related events, career fairs). • Identify and help coordinate participation opportunities with relevant Eastern Region bodies and initiatives. • Provide backup support to Zahra Al Faraj on the Learning Management System (Oracle Fusion Learning) during peak periods – including data entry, enrollment tracking, and report generation. • Support coordination with external training providers: following up on requests, scheduling and attending meetings, and tracking action items through to completion. • Maintain accurate records of university and provider communications, and prepare periodic summaries for the NLI Manager. • Assist with general L&D administrative tasks as required.
