WORK PURPOSE The Real Estate Facilities Management Expert will provide specialist advice and support relating to large-scale Real Estate Facilities Management, Asset Management, operational strategies and workers' welfare. The role will support the development of practical, efficient and cost-effective Facilities and Asset Management approaches for large-scale accommodation and real estate facilities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide specialist Facilities Management advice to the Project Team. • Advise on large-scale Real Estate Facilities Management strategies and operating models. • Support development of cost-effective Facilities Management approaches. • Provide recommendations on Facilities Management best practices. • Advise on asset management strategies and operational requirements. • Support assessment of facilities operational requirements. • Provide recommendations relating to workers' welfare and welfare-focused facilities operations. • Review facilities management practices and identify operational improvement opportunities. • Support coordination between Facilities Management, Project, Construction and Asset Management stakeholders. • Provide specialist input during transition from project delivery to operations. • Review facilities-related documentation and operational requirements. • Provide recommendations to improve operational performance and asset utilisation. • Support development of Facilities Management strategies for large-scale assets. • Identify facilities management and operational risks. • Provide specialist input into facilities management planning. • Perform additional advisory duties as required. • REQUIRED COMPETENCES • Real Estate Facilities Management. • Asset Management. • Facilities strategy development. • Operational planning. • Workers' welfare management. • Cost-effective FM operations. • Stakeholder management. • Advisory and analytical capability. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Strong written and spoken English. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience. • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset Management or related discipline. • Experience in Facilities Management, Asset Management and workers' welfare. • Minimum 8 years of Middle East experience in a similar role with large organisations. • Experience advising on large-scale Real Estate Facilities and Asset Management strategies. • Strong knowledge of Facilities Management best practices.
