Location: Dubai, UAE Employment: Full-time Salary: AED 8,000–9,000 depending on experience Role Overview The Commercial & Operations Manager will act as the central point of coordination between management, the sales team, customers, warehouse/logistics, finance and external partners. The position combines commercial operations, sales operations and general business coordination and requires someone capable of taking ownership rather than simply providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure the field sales team is following agreed targets, territories and actions. • Maintain the company’s sales pipeline and CRM. • Track active prospects, negotiations, account openings and outstanding actions. • Act as the main internal point of coordination for the sales team, ensuring opportunities progress from initial contact through onboarding, first order and repeat business. • Monitor sales-team activity and follow up on outstanding commitments and deadlines. • Prepare quotations and approved commercial proposals. • Coordinate customer onboarding and required documentation. • Follow up on purchase orders and customer requirements. • Coordinate customer orders, stock availability and deliveries. • Liaise with warehouse and logistics providers. • Maintain visibility over stock and incoming shipments. • Coordinate with the accountant on operational and financial matters where required. • Prepare regular sales, pipeline and operational updates for management. • Identify delays, missed follow-ups and operational issues and ensure they are addressed. • Keep agreed tasks progressing without constant management intervention. • Coordinate between sales, customers, warehouse, logistics, accountant, marketing partners and management. • Handle routine commercial and operational decisions within agreed authority levels. Candidate Profile • UAE experience in FMCG, distribution, wholesale, trading or commercial operations. • Experience coordinating or overseeing sales teams and commercial pipelines. • Experience with customers, orders, stock, warehouse operations and logistics. • Strong organisational and follow-up skills. • Commercially minded and able to take ownership. • Confident holding team members accountable for actions and deadlines. • Able to work independently and make sound day-to-day decisions. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability. • CRM, ERP or inventory-system experience is an advantage. • Strong written and spoken English. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. • Reliable, proactive and capable of keeping operations moving without constant supervision. • Comfortable working within the tobacco industry.
