Customer Service Executive

Our client is a growing health and wellness brand. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer enquiries across email, live chat, social media, and other customer service channels. • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, subscriptions, refunds, cancellations, promotions, and payments. • Investigate customer issues and take ownership of resolving them from start to finish. • Handle customer complaints and difficult conversations in a calm and professional manner. • Manage customer tickets and maintain accurate records using CRM/customer service platforms. • Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to improve the customer experience. • Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and E-commerce teams to resolve customer issues. Qualifications: • Customer Service experience within e-commerce, retail, DTC, beauty, wellness, or a similar consumer-facing business is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries • Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Show more Show less
