Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating offers and contracts, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, staying up to date with market trends and property values, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Who we’re looking for: • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience, with strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, demonstrated deal-closing experience, and a professional approach to clients and partners. • A positive mindset and solution-oriented attitude — someone who brings energy, confidence, and professionalism to the team. • Strong discipline, consistency, and accountability in managing leads, clients, follow-ups, and targets. • Ability to perform and stay focused under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate your own leads, build your network, and create new business opportunities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • English is essential. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is highly preferred: Russian | French | Spanish | Urdu | Turkish • Candidate must have a valid driving licence and own a car.
