Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Bayut and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market. Key Responsibilities • Create, manage, and update property listings on Bayut and other property portals. • Generate high-quality property listings with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing. • Contact and follow up with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to understand their requirements. • Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain regular communication throughout the sales or leasing process. • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients. • Negotiate sales and rental agreements. • Actively close property sales and leasing deals while achieving monthly targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants. • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing. • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations. Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai. • Proven experience using Bayut for property listings and lead management. • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. • Ability to generate listings, manage client relationships, and close deals independently. • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. • Valid UAE driving license is preferred. • RERA certification is an advantage.
