WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – INFRASTRUCTURE / EPC 📍 Based in Dubai, UAE | Regular travel to Mali A2ML Recruiting is supporting an international infrastructure organisation in the appointment of a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a major, long-term infrastructure project in Mali, West Africa. This is a senior project management position based in Dubai, working closely with executive leadership and overseeing the performance and delivery of a large and complex multi-site project. The project incorporates civil works, power infrastructure, renewable/solar systems, equipment installation, procurement and supply chain, operations & maintenance, and long-term asset management . We are looking for a strong project leader first and foremost. Previous telecommunications infrastructure experience would be highly advantageous, but it is not mandatory. THE PROFILE The successful candidate must have: • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university – mandatory • Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex infrastructure, EPC or construction projects • Strong end-to-end project management capabilities covering planning, execution, cost, schedule, risk and delivery • Experience coordinating multiple functions including engineering, construction, procurement, supply chain, finance and operations • Strong understanding of project controls, milestones, budgets, reporting and performance management• Ability to identify delivery risks and intervene proactively to keep projects on programme and within commercial objectives • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • The seniority and confidence to work directly with executive leadership • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Mali Candidates may come from major EPC contractors, infrastructure contractors, construction organisations, energy/power, oil & gas, telecommunications infrastructure or other technically complex project environments. Experience delivering projects in Africa or other challenging international markets would be particularly valuable.
