📢 WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🏗️ Industry: Construction We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of construction projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall construction activities from mobilization through completion and handover • Manage site teams, engineers, subcontractors and construction resources • Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedules • Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment and site productivity • Coordinate closely with Project Management, Technical, Planning, Commercial, Procurement and HSE teams • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure timely execution of works • Identify construction risks, delays and site challenges and implement corrective actions • Conduct regular site and progress meetings with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams • Ensure strict compliance with HSE, QA/QC and UAE authority requirements • Review construction methodologies, sequencing and resource requirements • Support cost control, value engineering and project optimization initiatives • Drive projects toward successful completion, testing, commissioning and handover Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management • Extensive experience in construction management, with significant experience in the UAE construction industry • Strong experience managing large-scale building/construction projects • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and site operations • Strong leadership and subcontractor management capabilities • Solid understanding of project planning, cost control, QA/QC and HSE requirements • Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards ⚠️ UAE construction experience is mandatory. 📩 Interested candidates may apply directly through LinkedIn.
