Role Description This full-time, on-site role as a Maintenance and Operations Sales Specialist at Bright House RealEstate is based in Jeddah. The role focuses on selling maintenance and operations services to residential and commercial clients, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding their property maintenance needs, preparing service proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The specialist will coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure services are delivered as agreed, monitor customer satisfaction, and handle any service-related issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, reporting on sales performance, participating in training on products and services, and supporting continuous improvement in sales and service processes. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and vendors. • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets in maintenance and operations services. • Experience in Training, particularly in explaining service offerings, processes, and best practices to clients and team members. • Background in real estate, facilities management, or property maintenance is highly beneficial. • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in proposals, contracts, and documentation. • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions. • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
