Key Responsibilities: • Drive IP networking market development and identify new business opportunities. • Analyse market trends and customer requirements to develop tailored networking solutions. • Support IP networking strategies, product positioning and solution development. • Engage with customers, lead workshops and support technical and business discussions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid- and senior-level customer stakeholders. • Collaborate with technical, sales, product and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in IP networking, telecommunications, product management, presales, solution architecture or network planning. • Strong understanding of IP networking technologies and solutions. • Experience working with telecom operators, enterprise customers, system integrators or technology providers. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer engagement skills. • Ability to translate technical requirements into practical business solutions. • Chinese language proficiency is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with major telecommunications or networking vendors. • HCIE certification or an equivalent advanced networking certification. • Experience in IP network solution development, product management or large-scale enterprise projects. • Exposure to multinational and multicultural working environments.
