Chauffeur Driver

To provide safe, professional, and courteous transportation services to clients, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction while maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities • Safely transport clients to designated destinations in a timely and professional manner • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times • Assist passengers with luggage and other reasonable requests • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements • Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and fully operational • Plan routes efficiently to minimize travel time and ensure punctuality • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and incidents • Use navigation systems and communication devices effectively • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns • Follow company procedures regarding vehicle security and passenger safety Requirements • High school certificate or equivalent • Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license or eligibility to obtain one • Minimum 2 years of experience as a chauffeur, light vehicle driver, or professional driver • Good knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations • Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations Show more Show less
