Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Safely transport hotel Team Members, guests, and authorized personnel as per approved schedules and requests. • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of Team Members according to the assigned transportation schedule. • Provide transportation for hotel-related errands, official requirements, and other authorized duties. • Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude at all times. • Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and maintained in good working condition. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements promptly. • Monitor vehicle servicing, registration, insurance, and other relevant documentation to ensure validity. • Follow all UAE traffic laws, hotel transportation policies, and safety procedures. • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation schedules. • Report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle breakdowns, or other incidents immediately to the concerned supervisor. • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transportation. • Assist with loading and unloading luggage, supplies, or other hotel-related items when required. • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct while performing hotel duties. • Perform any additional transportation-related duties assigned by the management. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements • Valid UAE driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle. • Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in the UAE. • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage. • Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and local routes. • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. • Good time management, punctuality, and organizational skills. • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-service orientation. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
