THE TEAM The Finance team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence through sound governance, financial discipline, and effective business processes. Working collaboratively across all hotel departments, the team ensures compliance, efficiency, and strong stakeholder relationships that enable the business to operate seamlessly. As an Administration & Contracts Officer, you will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and work closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Events, and operational departments to manage contractual obligations and administrative processes across the hotel. YOUR ROLE As an Administration & Contracts Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and contract management support across the hotel. You will oversee the preparation, tracking, maintenance, and administration of contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and operational standards. You will play a key role in managing contract lifecycles, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the Finance team through effective administration, reporting, and governance processes. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, review, approval, execution, renewal, amendment, and archiving • Maintain contract databases, trackers, and management systems to ensure accurate records and timely renewals • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Events, Sales, and operational departments on contractual and compliance matters • Monitor supplier and contractor compliance with contractual obligations, insurance requirements, and service agreements • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, minutes, waiver requests, non-disclosure agreements, and other administrative documentation • Support departmental efficiency through accurate record management, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up on key actions and approvals COULD THIS BE YOU? • You have experience in contract administration, finance, procurement, legal coordination, or a related administrative role within a hospitality or corporate environment • You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously • You have excellent attention to detail and are committed to maintaining accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality • You are confident analyzing contract terms, identifying risks, and supporting effective resolution of contractual matters • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working across multiple departments • You communicate fluently in English and are comfortable working with contract management systems and business applications OUR BENEFITS As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. Experience in contract administration, finance, procurement, legal coordination, or a related administrative role within a hospitality or corporate environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Ability to analyze contract terms, identify risks, and support effective resolution of contractual matters. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across multiple departments.
