HSE Supervisor

Job Description Key responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day HSE activities at site. • Conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazards. • Ensure compliance with PPE and safe working practices. • Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions. • Monitor high-risk activities and work permits. • Support risk assessments and Job Safety/Method Statements. • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses. • Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records. • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and project management. • Follow up on corrective actions and safety observations. Requirements • Diploma/Degree. • 5–8 years HSE experience. • Experience in construction, facility management, MEP, engineering projects or similar. • IOSH / OSHA / NEBOSH certification. • Strong site supervision and communication skills.
