SANY Saudi Arabia is Hiring – Senior HR Manager 🏢 Company: SANY Saudi Arabia 📍 Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 💼 Position: Senior HR Manager 📌 Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the HR function in alignment with SANY Saudi Arabia’s business objectives and organizational strategy. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. • Manage key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and workforce planning. • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management and business leaders. • Lead manpower planning and ensure effective workforce allocation according to business requirements. • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, career development, and organizational effectiveness. • Ensure effective HR operations and accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. • Monitor compliance with Saudi labor regulations, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and other relevant government requirements. • Support organizational development and promote a professional and positive workplace culture. • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high-quality HR service delivery. • Prepare and analyze HR reports, workforce data, and key HR metrics for management review and decision-making. 🎯 Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
