Information Technology Business Analyst

We are looking for an IT Analyst / Analyst Programmer with a strong combination of Business Analysis, application development, and technical delivery experience. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business requirements directly with stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. • Work closely with Project Managers, developers, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and test cases. • Design, develop, configure, install, and maintain business applications. • Support SIT/UAT, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and production support. • Perform impact analysis and coordinate application enhancements and releases. Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with 2–4 years in application design/development/configuration. • Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills. • Hands-on programming/development or application configuration experience. • Good understanding of both business and technical requirements. • Strong SQL/application troubleshooting skills preferred. • Banking/financial services experience preferred.
