Job Role: Analytics & MIS Expert – Banking Domain Contract: Yearly Renewable Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Type: Contract We are looking for an Analytics & MIS Expert to own performance reporting and insight for Cards and Digital businesses. You will turn data from multiple systems into a single, consistent view of business performance that supports management decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain regular MIS and performance reporting for Cards and Digital businesses, covering applications, approvals, issuance, activation, spend, balances, attrition and other key metrics • Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify drop-offs, performance issues and improvement opportunities • Develop and maintain clear KPI definitions, reporting logic and dashboards to ensure consistent reporting across teams • Support campaign analysis by measuring customer response, activation, spend uplift, control-group performance and other outcomes • Consolidate and reconcile data from Cards, Digital, CRM, Risk, Finance and Operations to provide a consistent view of performance • Prepare management dashboards, monthly and quarterly reports and ad-hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, Python and BI tools to support business reviews and decision-making Requirements: • 7+ years experience in MIS, business analytics or performance reporting within banking or financial services • Strong knowledge of cards and digital banking metrics (applications, approvals, activation, spend, attrition) • Advanced Excel and SQL; Python working knowledge • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik • Experience defining KPIs and reconciling data across multiple source systems • Experience with campaign measurement, including control-group analysis • Saudi banking or GCC market experience preferred • Strong communication skills; able to present insights to senior stakeholders Show more Show less
