Valve Production Superintendent

Purpose of the Position: Lead a team of technicians involved with the Manufacturing and Assembly operations. Main Responsibilities: 1. Execute Manufacturing & Assembly Work Plan, manage daily allocations & ensure targets are met. 2. Ensure following of Quality & Safety standards all the time (with product specific procedure). 3. Maintain order execution documents. 4. Stay current on Product and Procedure knowledge. 5. Ensure proper maintenance & utilization of equipment & tools in the plant. 6. Maintain clean & safe workplace in the plant & manage wastage during daily operations. 7. Maintain the necessary product (materials and spares) stock. 8. Participate in Client visits to introduce the plant services. 9. Handle claims/service orders by visiting customers' place to personally conduct check-up. 10. Undertake any other related responsibilities assigned. Professional Qualifications & Experience Required: Vocational Diploma and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering is preferred with 3 - 5 years’ of relevant experience with supervisory role in Manufacturing or Assembly Operations Computing/Special Skills Required: MS-Office Excel, MS-Office Word & MS-Office Outlook. Has Working knowledge of ERP software. Knowledge of Languages Required: English at Proffesional level is essential. Key Competencies Required: Essential: 1. Planning 2. Production Management 3.
