Locations: Dubai & Northern Emirates / Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Engagement: Freelance / Independent Contractor Compensation: Attractive Commission-Based | Uncapped Earnings Working Arrangement: Remote/Flexible About HR Engine HR Engine is a growing UAE-based recruitment and HR consultancy built around a simple idea: companies need a recruitment partner that understands their industry and their challenges, moves quickly and delivers excellent talent, the gem they were looking for. We support businesses across the UAE with Emirati and expatriate recruitment, working across sectors including Energy & Oil and Gas, Technology, Financial Services, Professional Services, Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality and other growing industries. Beyond recruitment, our wider offering includes workforce planning, organisational restructuring, Emiratisation advisory, training and HR and digital transformation consulting. We've been expanding our client base, recruitment capabilities and the range of mandates we work on. The next step is to scale the commercial side of HR Engine and build stronger relationships across the UAE. To do that, we're looking for two Business Development Leads: 1 x Dubai & Northern Emirates 1 x Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Each Business Development Lead will take ownership of developing HR Engine's client base and commercial relationships within their market. What you'll be doing The objective is straightforward: open doors, build relationships and bring clients to HR Engine. You'll identify companies that are hiring or have broader HR requirements, get in front of the right decision-makers and turn those conversations into commercial opportunities. That could mean leveraging your existing network, asking for an introduction, attending an industry event, picking up the phone, reaching out directly or simply spotting an opportunity before someone else does. You'll: • Build and manage your own pipeline of potential clients • Leverage your existing UAE network to create introductions and opportunities • Connect with business owners, CEOs, senior executives, HR leaders and Talent Acquisition teams • Introduce HR Engine and identify where we can genuinely support the client • Generate meetings and qualified business opportunities • Work with the HR Engine team on proposals and commercial discussions • Help convert opportunities into signed clients and active mandates • Maintain and develop relationships with the clients you introduce • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to other HR Engine services You open the door and develop the relationship and our team supports you and handles the recruitment delivery. Who we're looking for We're looking for people who already know their market and have a strong network. You should have an established professional network across your territory and be comfortable turning those relationships into conversations and commercial opportunities. You might come from recruitment, HR, professional services, consulting, corporate services, B2B sales or another industry where you've built strong relationships with businesses and senior decision-makers. Recruitment experience is useful, but it isn't the most important thing we're looking for.Network, commercial instinct and personality are. • We're looking for a genuine go-getter. Someone who naturally makes introductions, follows up, spots opportunities and finds ways into companies. • You're comfortable picking up the phone, attending events, meeting new people and reaching back into your network when you see an opportunity. • You don't wait for a list of leads to land in your inbox. You create opportunities. An existing network of business owners, CEOs, senior executives, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders and other hiring decision-makers will be a major advantage. What you'll get from HR Engine You'll have the flexibility to develop your market without the bureaucracy of a traditional sales organisation. We'll support you with: • A growing recruitment and HR business to take to market • Full candidate sourcing and recruitment delivery • Support in client meetings when needed • Proposals, presentations and commercial documentation • Recruitment contracts and client onboarding • Access to our candidate networks and recruitment capabilities • Support on larger or more complex opportunities • Multiple HR and recruitment services to introduce to clients • Attractive uncapped commission on successfully converted business As HR Engine grows, there is also an opportunity for the role to grow with the business. The setup • This is a freelance, commission-based role, not a salaried employment position. • There is no fixed salary, monthly retainer or UAE visa sponsorship. You must already have the appropriate UAE residency/visa and be legally able to undertake freelance or independent work. • Your earning potential is directly linked to the business you generate, with no cap on commission. If you're well-connected, commercially driven and like the idea of helping scale a growing UAE recruitment and HR business, we'd like to hear from you. When applying, send us your CV and tell us about your network, the market you know and how you would approach growing HR Engine in your territory. Show more Show less
