Required Qualifications • Experience with CCTV camera installation and configuration. • Basic Linux skills (command line, service checks, network configuration, log review) for device setup and troubleshooting. • Hands-on experience generating and validating RTSP streams from VMS/NVR platforms. • Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, ports, connectivity troubleshooting) as they relate to camera and device access. • Strong troubleshooting skills for device and camera accessibility issues. • Ability to coordinate effectively with third-party Site Service Providers (SSPs). • A valid driving license is required, with willingness to travel to client sites. Desirable Skills • Familiarity with common VMS/NVR platforms (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, Hikvision, Dahua). • Experience with RTSP/ONVIF standards and streaming protocols. • Knowledge of PoE, IP camera networking, and structured cabling.
