Senior Warehouse Supervisor Job Location: Oman On behalf of a well-established organization in the agriculture/food production sector About the Role We are hiring on behalf of a reputable company (client identity confidential at this stage) for a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse and inventory operations. This role is open to Omani nationals only, in line with Omanisation requirements. This is a great opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to take ownership of end-to-end warehouse management, from inventory control to team supervision. Reports To: Supply Chain Manager Primary Function Supervise and oversee warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring proper storage, stock control, timely delivery, and accurate records. Lead the warehouse team and ensure compliance with company procedures, biosecurity, health, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities • Plan and supervise daily warehouse operations. • Plan and coordinate quarterly, mid-year, and annual stocktaking, ensuring reconciliation of physical and system inventory. • Supervise the inspection, receipt, verification, and proper recording of incoming inventory. • Oversee the proper storage, handling, identification, preservation, and rotation of inventory. • Supervise production storage, ensuring products are properly stored and maintained. • Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability and release of inventory per operational requirements. • Investigate inventory variances, stock damage, losses, and discrepancies; identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions with timely follow-up and closure. • Ensure accurate preparation and issuance of delivery, dispatch, and export documentation. • Monitor warehouse storage environments to maintain appropriate conditions for inventory preservation. • Coordinate specialized product conversion processes in line with approved standards and procedures. • Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, data entry, inventory records, and system updates. • Review and submit required warehouse, inventory, production, and stock reports to management. • Monitor warehouse performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce losses, and improve inventory control. • Ensure adequate shift coverage and coordinate operations per the company's working schedule. • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, biosecurity requirements, health and safety regulations, and operational standards. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
